SKID- E-KIDS’ TOYS AND GAMES SWAP TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

Introduction: Welcome to our website. We would specifically like to thank you for using our Toys and Games Swap feature. The following is a list of rules and regulations under which all transactions between users (buyer or seller) must be conducted. By using the Toys and Games Swap feature, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use.  Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this site or this feature.  For all intended purposes, the term “Toys and Games Swap”, “site” or “us” refers to the Skid-e-kids Network, the staff, and the owners. The term “you” refers to any users of the skid-e-kids.com website.

Terms of Use:

1.     IMPORTANT: Skid-e-Kids Network is only responsible for supplying the virtual online tools to list items for sale. Skid-e-Kids Network is not responsible for any communication or transactions between seller and buyer. You agree to list or buy at your own risk. We advise using PayPal or Google Checkout to sell or buy using this feature to protect your personal information such as credit card numbers. 2.     You must be registered user with a verified Skid-e-Parent Account, which states that you are over the age of 18 years old.

3.     All listings are valid for up to sixty (60) days. Thereafter, the seller must relist or cancel their listing.

4.     Payment for listing items is required in advance in order to activate your account. Skid-e-Kids Network only accepts Paypal payments for listings and a confirmation of payment must be confirmed before the listing goes live.  

5.     The seller has seven (7) business days to contact the potential buyer and make the necessary arrangements to complete the transaction.

6.     All registered sellers must calculate the shipping price before placing the bid. (There are links on the site for various mail carriers)

7.     The accepted buyer has seven (7) business days to submit payment specified by the seller’s payment preferences before their listing is no longer valid.

8.     Once an item is sold, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller to complete the transaction.

9.     Any disputes between a Buyer and Seller should be settled through Paypal or Google Checkout, not the Skid-e-kids Network. In order to protect our members, if a transaction is not completed or the item is not sent in a satisfactory way, please REPORT the registered user by going to their PROFILE and clicking on REPORT LINK. Skid-e-Kids Network will immediately investigate the matter and decide whether to terminate the user’s account. Again, we advise that you use Paypal or Google Checkout to avoid any mishaps or fraudulent transactions.

10. Failure to follow through with transactions in a timely matter by either party will lead to losing their right to sell or bid on our Site and their account will be immediately terminated.

Acceptance of Agreement: You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement with respect to our Site and Features. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only Agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous, agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the website, the content, products, and services provided by and through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us without specific notice to you. The latest agreement will be posted on the site and you should read this Agreement prior to using our Site and the Toys and Games Swap Function.
